Shipping policy

Free Shipping Over $99 within the continental US.

Our team proccesses orders 8 am to 5:30 pm EST Monday - Friday. This is subject to change without notice to accommodate our team’s schedules.

When your order is packed and ready to ship, we’ll send you an email or SMS message with your tracking number and a link to view it online. 

For domestic shipments, please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. 

If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, holidays, or during sales promotions (Black Friday, ect.), your order may need additional time to process and/or accommodate carrier delays/schedules. Once your order has been dropped off at the shipment carrier and is out for delivery, please contact the carrier with any questions or concerns that you may have.

All products listed on our website are available for shipment in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Non-liquid items are available for select international shipping. We are unable to ship liquids internationally due to current customs.

International shipments may take 30-45 days to arrive after leaving our warehouse and submitting product(s) to the carrier.

If you place multiple orders or purchase multiple products, they may arrive in separate or combined packages based on the timing of your order. Standard shipping rates may apply.

Carriers occasionally mark orders as delivered while your order is set to arrive at a different date. If your order has been marked as complete, but has not arrived, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. If your order has been marked as delivered by the shipment carrier and has not arrived by the sixth business day, please email info@voyage77supps.com so that we can assist you.

The carrier for your order is automatically determined based on the weight of your package, we are unable to select the carrier for your order. (Domestic shipments are shipped via USPS or FedEx.) (International shipments are shipped via Ascendia or DHL.)

While we do ship to select APO / FPO / DPO addresses, transit times may take up to 30 to 45 days.

We do not assume responsibility for shipments that are lost by the carrier in transit. However, if your shipment is lost in transit, please contact info@voyage77supps.com and we will assist you.

We do not assume responsibility for the carrier’s tracking info not updating in a timely manner. However, if your tracking information has not been updated in more than 24 hours, please contact us at info@voyage77supps.com and we will help you to contact the shipment carrier.

Once your order has been processed, packed, and submitted to the shipment carrier, we are unable to adjust your shipping address. Please work with the assigned shipment carrier to redirect your order. Please note that we are not associated with any fees associated with these services.
